Lead and manage the Oracle technical services organization for end-to-end technical delivery, architecture integrity, and operational stability of Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platforms.
Own technical strategy and governance, drive modernization including automation and AI-enabled solutions, and lead complex data migrations and integrations.
Build and scale an internal Oracle Center of Excellence to reduce external consulting dependency, coordinate global and offshore technical teams, and ensure quality and compliance in delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably Computer Science or Information Systems).
Over 10 years of Oracle ERP technical experience.
Minimum 5 years managing technical teams supporting Oracle ERP platforms.
Extensive expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud, including integration (OIC/ICS), reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI), data migration (FBDI, ADFdi), and extensions (VBCS, APEX, Java).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with proven track record managing offshore and distributed delivery models in complex Oracle ERP environments.
Strong technical skills spanning Oracle ERP architecture, integrations, reporting, security, and performance tuning with a focus on cloud adoption and modernization.
Ability to drive technical strategy, build scalable internal capabilities, enforce governance, and manage vendor partnerships in a global enterprise context.
