Own and improve the Epicor ERP platform covering manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, inventory, costing, and finance.
Manage system administration including Cloud/On-Premise modules, user security, data integrity, and IT infrastructure support.
Develop technical solutions such as BAQs, BPM workflows, SSRS reports, and integrations, and lead global support and upgrade initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of direct experience with Epicor 10 / Epicor Kinetic in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency with SQL and ERP customization tools including BAQs, BPMs, and SSRS reporting.
Deep knowledge of production, supply chain, finance workflows, and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) models.
Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Epicor ERP technical ownership and solution development in manufacturing contexts.
Capable of diagnosing root causes, designing, testing, deploying, and owning ERP solutions with minimal supervision.
Skilled in bridging business and technical teams across global locations, including experience in international ERP implementation projects.
