Strategic Account Manager, Homes

Own and build long-term strategic relationships with top producing hotel partners in the assigned country portfolio.

Drive performance improvement and mutual revenue growth through proactive and consultative engagement using data-driven approaches.

Maintain high-frequency engagement, including at least one face-to-face interaction per quarter, and meet individual KPIs with minimal supervision.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum 4 years of experience in business development and/or account management.

Preferred experience in OTA (Online Travel Agency), fast-paced tech, or e-commerce environments.

Proficiency in English and Hindi (oral and written).

Experienced in managing strategic accounts in OTA or tech-driven business development roles with a consultative and data-driven approach.

Capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and maintain partner satisfaction.

Comfortable working autonomously to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
