Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software development experience using Java in enterprise customer-facing products.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in designing and implementing SaaS applications on at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Mandatory skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Analytics, Docker, Kubernetes, RDBMS (MySQL/Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra), TDD frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), Git, Jenkins, Maven, Linux/Unix OS, messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud-native application development with strong hands-on expertise in microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
Capability to lead and mentor engineering teams while managing design and development of complex SaaS platforms.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software in production environments.
