Project Coordinator - CSR - 6 months Contract

Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities for the Paytm Smart Village Abhiyan in Aligarh District, Uttar Pradesh.

Manage stakeholder engagement including coordination with District Administration, Panchayat, community leaders, SHGs, and government schemes to meet project outcomes.

Oversee field implementation, beneficiary mobilization, conduct field visits, maintain project documentation, and prepare weekly progress reports.

Graduate or Postgraduate degree required.

2-4 years of experience in CSR, rural development, community mobilisation, government schemes implementation, or social-sector programme implementation.

Willingness to undertake regular field visits in villages of Aligarh District.

Proficiency in MS Office tools required.

Experienced in managing CSR or rural development projects with clear accountability for planning and monitoring progress.

Skilled in stakeholder coordination involving government bodies and community groups with existing relationships at village, block, or district levels.

Capable of handling field-level execution, data collection, reporting, and event coordination in a rural social sector environment.
