Skilled Order Management Administrator

Manage customer order processing and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and contractual terms.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Process invoices accurately based on approved orders and generate reports on order status and discrepancies.

Solid demonstrated experience in order fulfillment administration or related roles, preferably within a global IT services organization.

Demonstrated billing experience as part of order fulfillment administration or related role.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Workplace type: On-site.

Experienced in handling end-to-end order management processes including order accuracy, invoicing, and reporting in a structured corporate environment.

Capable of collaborating effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and managing order discrepancies proactively.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global IT services organization with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
