Define and implement GOSO-wide centralized data strategy ensuring data supports all major operational programs.
Establish and enforce data governance standards to maintain high integrity and consistency across functions, supporting cross-functional analytics and AI initiatives.
Lead and mentor a small team, drive stakeholder alignment among GOSO Functional teams, Tech@Lilly, and Enterprise Data teams, and manage data platform expansions and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data/AI related field.
10+ years experience in pharmaceutical commercial data engineering, data platforms, and analytics ecosystems.
Practical experience with Databricks, AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS, Redshift), SQL, R/Python, and ETL/ELT tools such as AWS Glue/Databricks.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant pharmaceutical data domains.
