Own full lifecycle development of automation solutions using Blue Prism, Power Automate, and related tools, including debugging, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Collaborate with technical leads and business stakeholders to review automation solutions, support compliance, identify automation opportunities, and contribute to strategic rollouts.
Continuously improve and optimize existing automations, integrate AI/ML tools such as Gemini, OpenAI, and Snowflake Cortex, and support proof-of-concept developments for new automation frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
At least 1+ years of automation development experience with advanced skills in Blue Prism and Power Automate.
Experience working with multiple ERP systems and legacy environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical expertise in Blue Prism, Power Automate, and AI-assisted automation tools such as CoPilot Studio, Gemini, OpenAI, and Snowflake Cortex.
Experience operating in environments requiring multi-system automation integration and compliance adherence.
Capability to lead development efforts, drive process improvements, and collaborate directly with business and technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
