Payroll Lead

Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance with company-specific pay policies and regulatory requirements.

Serve as liaison between employees, internal teams, and third-party payroll vendors, including leading payroll system implementations and upgrades.

Audit payroll data for data integrity and identify automation opportunities to improve payroll processes using tools like Excel macros, VBA, and RPA.

Minimum 5 years of payroll processing and operations experience.

Proficiency with payroll systems such as RPA, ADP, or EY payroll and advanced MS Excel skills including macros.

Good understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance for country-specific payroll requirements.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in payroll and operations.

Experienced in managing payroll across multiple departments and locations with a strong compliance focus.

Skilled in payroll system implementation, automation, and process improvement using technical tools like VBA and RPA.

Familiar with interpreting complex pay policies including union contracts, leaves, government regulations, and offboarding processes.
