Minimum Requirements
Degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or statutory accounting.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS, month-end close processes, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems plus strong Excel skills.
Role is hybrid based in India, requiring regular on-site collaboration with agreed remote days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing relationships with shared service providers, third-party vendors, and external delivery partners.
Familiarity with internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX) and audit support, with exposure to supply chain finance or intercompany accounting.
Proven ability to support process improvements, reporting automation, and finance transformation or ERP migration projects.
