Sr Project Manager, Fast Trak Scientific Excellence

Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects from early phase through design, testing, validation, and publication as applicable.

Own project schedules, manage timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.

Identify and engage stakeholders, track project risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans ensuring alignment with senior leadership and project goals.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, biotechnology or related field.

Multiple years of project management experience in matrixed teams, preferably in new product development (NPD).

Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with a strong track record of delivery.

Work Location: Onsite in Bangalore.

Experienced managing innovation projects within life sciences or biotechnology domains, especially in new product development contexts.

Capable of collaborating across diverse functions including product management, quality assurance, marketing, legal, and scientific experts.

Familiarity with cell biology and cell line development or experience in delivering technical services to market is a strong plus.
