Develop and own full stack features for AI Catalog/Solution Registry including frontend (React/Next.js/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Node) components from data model to API to UI.
Design and build channel-agnostic APIs and integrations to support multiple surfaces such as web app, coding-assistant integrations, and enterprise chat/search bots (Teams, Slack).
Create internal governance tooling with proper auth, audit, and evaluation frameworks to support agent autonomy reviews and compliance workflows.
Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of full stack production engineering experience with strong expertise in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and backend services (Python or Node).
Hands-on experience with LLM-related features (agents, RAG, prompt-based, tool-calling) in shipped products.
Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP), REST/GraphQL APIs, enterprise chat/search bot frameworks, MCP server/tooling, and internal governance tooling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to independently own end-to-end full stack feature development including data modeling, API design, and frontend UI delivery without dedicated backend/frontend counterpart.
Experience working with AI coding assistants and LLM integrations in production environments with governance and compliance considerations.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with platform, security, and governance teams to ensure compliant and scalable technical solutions.
