Evaluate and implement EDA tools and design flows aligned with the design roadmap across business groups in APAC region.
Act as a key EDA consultant supporting stakeholders to define technical requirements, develop Python-based applications, and standardize scalable design flow solutions.
Provide regional support including development, project deployment, and maintenance of EDA tools, focusing on efficiency and innovation in engineering design processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience with EDA tools, semiconductor design environment, or related engineering domains.
Strong programming skills in Python plus familiarity with scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby, or TCL.
Understanding of semiconductor design processes and knowledge or affinity with TCAD, PDKs, and device modeling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving tool evaluation and cross-business alignment on design environment improvements in semiconductor or EDA contexts.
Technically proficient with scripting and automation (Python and other languages) to develop scalable EDA solutions and workflows.
Comfortable acting as a regional consultant contributing to tool standardization and design flow innovation in a multi-group engineering environment.
