Reengineering & Project Lead Analyst - VP

Lead strategic Operating Model & Artificial Intelligence initiatives to reengineer core processes and improve efficiency within Services Operations.

Manage end-to-end delivery of complex reengineering projects including planning, execution, and reporting to ensure timely, quality outcomes and adherence to budgets.

Define and implement global reengineering methodologies; collaborate with senior stakeholders and Operating Committee to identify opportunities, secure sponsorship, and track benefits across a cross-regional portfolio.

6-10 years of relevant experience in process improvement, project management, or reengineering roles.

Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience Required: 6-10 years relevant experience.

Experience acting as a subject matter expert with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders on strategic functional decisions.

Strong commercial awareness with a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional integration to meet business objectives.

Track record of leading large-scale reengineering initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains and control improvements.
