Senior Software Engineer - IT Infrastructure

Design, build, and operate large-scale enterprise automation and AI-driven reliability platforms for storage and backup services.

Develop and scale REST APIs in Python/Go to enable on-demand storage workflows for thousands of engineers.

Automate provisioning, monitoring, telemetry, and implement intelligent observability and agentic workflows to ensure high reliability and reduce operational overhead.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 12+ years, or Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years relevant experience.

Expertise in building large-scale, multi-threaded distributed backend systems.

Proficiency in designing and building RESTful APIs using Python or Go.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and telemetry stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Kibana).

Experienced in enterprise Linux storage systems and distributed file systems or object storage platforms.

Demonstrated ability to prototype and productionize intelligent automation workflows at scale for infrastructure.

Familiarity with GenAI/agentic application frameworks and observability platforms, with contributions to relevant open-source projects.
