Lead complex Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring, review, and hazard classification ensuring global regulatory compliance and consistent product safety documentation.
Interpret and apply global product safety and chemical regulations across regions; manage data governance and audit readiness for product safety systems.
Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance in SAP EHS processes, partnering with cross-functional global stakeholders to resolve safety challenges and drive continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
7-12 years experience in Product Sustainability, Product Safety, Product Stewardship, Hazard Communication, EHS or chemical regulatory compliance with complex global product-safety work.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, Toxicology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related scientific discipline.
Proficient with SAP S/4HANA and SAP EHS, including CG* transactions and product-safety data management.
Strong knowledge of UN GHS and EU CLP regulations with demonstrated application experience in classification and hazard communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, multi-region product safety documentation and compliance projects requiring cross-functional coordination.
Skilled in technical regulatory interpretation and communicating complex compliance issues to varied global stakeholders.
Capable of mentoring peers and leading process improvements within product safety data governance and SAP EHS environment.
