Test Salesforce functionality and integrations with platforms like Boomi, Zuora, Kantata, Gainsight, Outreach, SFMC, and others, ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with hands-on experience in automated test development for production environments.
Experience testing Salesforce applications and integrations, including functional, integration, regression, system, API, and UAT testing.
Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and programming languages like Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidate with strong expertise in Salesforce QA and test automation frameworks who can independently manage full testing lifecycle for enterprise SaaS applications.
Experience working with distributed teams and adapting to partial US business hours (2.30 PM to 11.30 PM IST) to ensure collaboration.
Background in API testing, middleware integrations, and enterprise CRM testing, preferably with exposure to continuous integration environments.
