Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
3-5 years in Software Quality Assurance supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
2+ years hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated test solutions in production.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and programming in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and integrations with middleware platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft.
Proficient in software testing methodologies, API testing, automation in CI/CD environments, and defect tracking using Jira and test management tools.
Capable of collaborating with distributed teams across US time zones and mentoring junior QA engineers in quality engineering best practices.
