Own operation and maintenance (O&M) of various field and analytical instruments including flow, level, temperature, pressure, and chemical sensors.
Manage preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance activities including calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments and PLC systems.
Coordinate with clients, HQ, and stakeholders; manage customer relationships and subcontract/vendor contracts; ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I).
5 to 12 years total experience in O&M of field instruments, specifically 5 to 10 years for BE/B.Tech in E&I.
Experience with flow, level, temperature, pressure, and analytical instruments (pH, conductivity, FRC, turbidity, DO, MLSS, BOD).
Work Experience Required: 14 - 20 years as per posting details (conflict with experience detailed in JD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability in calibration, troubleshooting, and PLC configuration for process applications in O&M environments.
Experience in manpower management, team building, and delivering continuous improvement within operational teams.
Strong customer and vendor management skills with experience handling contracts and maintaining long-term client relationships in industrial settings.
