Hands-on experience with SCRUM or Project Management and familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end IT projects with a strong customer focus and ability to work closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers.
Competent in bridging technical and non-technical communication, particularly with Japanese clients or in multicultural teams.
Strategic thinker with capability in long-term IT infrastructure planning and problem-solving across varied platforms.
