Manage a portfolio of up to 2 projects/products with budgets up to £500,000, ensuring delivery within quality, timelines, and budgets using risk-based project management approaches.
Lead business requirement gathering, testing strategy, stakeholder communication, validation compliance, and roadmap management for digital quality performance tools.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in project/program management, including Agile framework application.
Proven experience managing validation, deployment, change management of complex computerized systems in regulated environments (e.g., GxP).
Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and global virtual matrix teams.
Mandatory skills: Business Data Mining, Data Analysis, SQL, Power BI or equivalent BI tool expertise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading digital product ownership for quality performance in pharmaceutical or regulated industries with knowledge of compliance standards.
Strong strategic project management ability balancing risk, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement in matrix environments.
