Define and maintain global supply-planning standards, policies, SOPs, and performance measures.
Drive adoption of planning standards, data discipline, and KPI governance across global regions and manufacturing sites.
Lead integration of advanced planning tools including automation and AI in supply planning processes, partnering with cross-functional global teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a relevant quantitative discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, supply operations, or end-to-end supply chain roles.
Experience with S&OP and/or Integrated Business Planning including demand–supply balancing and scenario planning.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP and advanced planning platforms like SAP IBP or APO.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating in global, cross-functional matrix environments with proven stakeholder influence at multiple organizational levels.
Proficient in end-to-end supply chain management with a focus on integrating digital transformation and continuous improvement.
Background or experience in complex regulated manufacturing environments such as Crop Protection or Seeds is advantageous but not required.
