Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4-6 years relevant professional experience in AI, ML, data or software engineering with at least 1 year hands-on end-to-end AI or Generative AI solution delivery.
Strong Python development skills and knowledge of software engineering principles (modular design, API development, testing, version control, secure coding).
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Gen AI architectures like LLMs, RAG, AI agents and application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently driving AI initiatives from concept through production in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
Technical leader with skills to guide architecture reviews, code quality, and engineering best practices at enterprise scale.
Familiar with enterprise AI platforms (such as Azure AI, Snowflake Cortex), CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps, AI governance, and scalable cloud-native AI solutions.
