Manage and support multi-vendor cloud platforms including VMware vSphere, VMware Tanzu, VMware NSX, and Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution (CNIS) ensuring operational stability and security.
Perform incident, change, problem, and service request management activities, troubleshoot critical issues, and coordinate resolution to minimize service impact.
Plan and coordinate major cloud infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle management activities across multiple Vodafone markets while collaborating with engineering, design, and delivery teams.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years hands-on system administration or cloud administration experience with Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution (CNIS).
Experience with VMware technologies: VMware vSphere, VMware Tanzu, and VMware NSX.
Strong understanding of storage technologies, SAN infrastructure, and networking architectures.
Knowledge of incident, change, and problem management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational management and continuous improvement of large-scale enterprise-grade cloud platforms within telecom networks.
Proficient in multi-market cloud service management with strong stakeholder collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
Capable of handling high-pressure operational incidents with strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and coordination abilities.
