Business Development Associate (Sales)

Support Business Development team in lead generation and client acquisition through cold calling, client communication, and virtual meetings.

Assist in executing and tracking marketing outreach campaigns and maintaining lead databases.

Collaborate to develop outreach strategies and contribute to achieving weekly and monthly business development goals.

Currently enrolled students graduating in 2026 or 2027.

Educational background in Management, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.

Work Experience Required: Prior sales, marketing, business development internships or college-level leadership roles are preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates with a proactive, confident approach who take initiative in business development tasks.

Those interested in learning and applying sales, marketing, and consulting techniques in a practical environment.

Individuals able to work independently yet collaborate effectively within a team setting.
