Support and administer 3M's global privacy compliance program operationally, working under GLSC Site Manager and Privacy Compliance leadership.
Oversee and ensure timely processing of data subject requests in line with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct privacy risk assessments and maintain personal data inventory and regulatory records of processing activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law or related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum 4 years of experience in data privacy program management or related compliance area.
Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations (e.g. EU GDPR, LGPD, PIPL, CCPA, NIST Privacy Framework).
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship; relocation assistance not provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced privacy professional comfortable working in complex, matrixed multinational organizations.
Familiar with privacy governance, risk, and compliance platforms like TrustArc or One Trust.
Possesses strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills with relevant certifications (e.g. CIPP/US, CIPM) preferred.
