Lead month-end management accounting close, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet postings for assigned entities.
Own balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
Provide financial analysis and management commentary to support decision-making across commercial, supply chain, and leadership teams.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical experience in accounting.
Minimum 5 years' experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or statutory accounting.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and month-end close processes.
Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP system and strong Excel skills; hybrid work location in India with regular onsite collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing relationships with shared service providers or external vendors to improve process efficiency.
Familiarity with internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX) and audit support.
Exposure to supply chain finance, intercompany accounting, finance transformation projects, or reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
