Lead design, development, modernization, and operation of enterprise cloud-native applications and AI-enabled solutions for Project and Portfolio Management (PSPM).
Drive platform modernization including cloud architecture (Azure/AWS), AI integration (Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG), and DevSecOps practices ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient products.
Provide technical leadership: architecture guidance, code reviews, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business value.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience with increasing technical leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in .NET (C#), Python, cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS, Angular or React frontend development, AI-enabled solution design, and DevSecOps practices.
Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project Online, Planisware, ServiceNow PPM) is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
