Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in software development with focus on integration, microservices, iPaaS, API management, or enterprise application integration.
Proficient in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, APIs, and event-driven architectures like Kafka or Event Grid.
Knowledge of modern software development lifecycle, CI/CD, containerization (Kubernetes), and DevSecOps in regulated enterprises.
English language proficiency and ability to communicate technical concepts across global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical leadership balancing hands-on coding and team mentorship in integration contexts.
Strong strategic thinker with ability to influence integration roadmap and work closely with business and product teams on technical debt and innovation.
Comfortable working across global teams and engaging in cross-location collaboration with flexibility to travel internationally about once a year.
