Lead and execute strategic reengineering initiatives, including Operating Model & Artificial Intelligence (OMAI) projects, aimed at improving efficiency and control within Services Operations.
Define and implement global reengineering methodologies; manage cross-regional, cross-product productivity programs ensuring milestone and budget adherence.
Act as Subject Matter Expert providing expert advice, risk management, and management reporting to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of relevant experience with established process improvement skills in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Prior industry experience required; candidate must have comprehensive understanding of business processes and economics.
Work Experience Required: 6-10 years relevant experience.
