Management Accounting Lead

Lead month-end management close for assigned entities, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet postings.

Own balance sheet reconciliations, variance investigations, and timely resolution with stakeholders.

Prepare financial analysis and commentary to support commercial, supply chain, and leadership decisions, while managing relationships with shared services and external vendors to improve processes.

Degree in accounting, finance, or a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or statutory accounting.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, month-end close processes, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems plus strong Excel skills.

Role requires hybrid working based in India with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.

Experienced in managing complex accounting processes with strong focus on accurate financial reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Demonstrated ability to lead collaborations with commercial, supply chain, shared services, and external providers in a hybrid work environment.

Prior exposure to process improvement initiatives, automation, and finance transformation projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
