8 to 14 years total experience.
At least 9 years of experience in Java J2EE.
At least 4 years of experience in ReactJS.
Strong skills in Spring Boot, JavaScript, SQL and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and DevOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead capable of defining development plans and acceptance criteria.
Proficient in full stack development with strong backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (ReactJS) skills.
Familiarity with DevOps best practices and tools like GitLab/GitHub and Maven, with understanding of scalable infrastructure management (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
