Drive operational efficiency by improving HR processes, supporting Workday testing, mass uploads, and participating in continuous improvement projects.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field.
4-5 years progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in Shared Services environment.
Experience with Workday HR system and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, vlookups).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in HR operations across multiple countries in APAC, MEA, and India with knowledge of local labor codes and HR policies.
Strong process orientation with ability to handle escalations and maintain service level agreements in a global HR shared services model.
Skilled in data quality management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee and manager experiences.
