Lead month-end management close for assigned entities, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet postings and timely management pack delivery.
Own balance sheet reconciliations, control activities, investigate variances and resolve issues with stakeholders.
Prepare financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making across commercial, supply chain and leadership teams.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical accounting experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, financial reporting or statutory accounting.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and month-end close processes.
Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP and strong Excel skills; hybrid work model based in India with regular on-site presence required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing relationships with shared service providers and external vendors to improve finance processes.
Familiarity with internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX) and audit support preferred.
Has exposure to supply chain finance, intercompany accounting, financial reporting automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL), and finance transformation projects including ERP migrations.
