Analyze and monitor key financial performance indicators across revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditures to identify trends and variances.
Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling development; generate project budget reports and conduct review meetings.
Develop financial models and reports supporting strategic initiatives and provide accurate financial recommendations to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance mandatory.
3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or IFS.
Experience with consolidation software and strong communication skills in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling within corporate finance functions.
Comfortable managing deadlines and leading review meetings, indicating operational ownership and leadership.
Capable of developing and implementing business intelligence tools and dashboards to improve financial reporting efficiency.
