Manage and coach a finance and accounting team to ensure appropriate resource allocation and task management.

Maximize financial returns through analysis, budgeting, and supervision of clerical accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Payroll.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
4-8 years experience in hotel accounting or auditing with at least one year in a supervisory role such as Assistant Controller or equivalent.
Knowledge of hotel accounting management duties including payroll, asset management, tenant leases, tax filings, and government reporting.
Must speak local language(s); additional languages are beneficial.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hospitality finance or hotel accounting environments with supervisory experience.
Capable of applying financial data analysis and market trends to improve profitability and budgeting accuracy.
Able to manage cross-functional accounting teams and enforce compliance with legal and ethical financial standards.
