Lead design, development, and configuration of end-to-end ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions across modules like Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Planning, and Agile Development.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical ServiceNow solutions including workflow automations, custom scripts, and integration with enterprise applications via APIs and IntegrationHub.

Build and maintain portfolio structures, financial plans, dashboards, and reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support UAT and production deployment activities.

5-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Planning.

Strong technical skills in JavaScript, Glide API, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and Service Portal/Workspace customizations.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with ITSM, CMDB, ERP, HR systems, and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Work Experience Required: 5-6 years in relevant ServiceNow SPM development and configuration roles.

Demonstrated expertise operating at the intersection of technical development and portfolio management processes within ServiceNow SPM platform.

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments managing project lifecycle processes and coordinating stakeholder collaboration.

Experience with platform governance, security best practices, upgrade-safe development, and complex integrations to support enterprise-scale implementations.
