Own end-to-end database and ETL testing including source-to-target data validation, transformation logic, and business rules validation.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries, test plans, and regression suites to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across enterprise data warehouse solutions.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, ETL Developers, and application teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies, support SIT, regression, UAT, and production validations.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Database QA, ETL Testing, and Data Validation.
Strong hands-on expertise with SQL and complex queries, database testing, and data reconciliation.
Experience testing ETL/ELT pipelines, source-to-target mappings, and data transformations (4+ years).
Experience with data warehouse testing, data quality validation, and large-volume data processing (3+ years).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale data environments involving data warehouse and ETL pipeline testing with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
Comfortable working in Agile environments collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers and business analysts.
Has technical proficiency in multiple ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar).
