Assistant Manager - International Procurement

Manage end-to-end international procurement and import operations for chemicals, aroma ingredients, essential oils, and packaging materials.

Negotiate with overseas suppliers on pricing, contracts, lead times and ensure timely delivery while coordinating import documentation and cross-functional teams.

Conduct market research, supplier development, cost optimization, and maintain procurement records and compliance related to international trade.

Minimum 10 years of experience in International Procurement or Import Purchase.

Education: B.Sc. or B.Com with Diploma in International Trade.

Proven expertise in international sourcing, vendor management, import documentation, and knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs clearance.

Experience working with ERP systems and preparing procurement MIS and cost analysis reports.

Experienced in managing global sourcing for chemicals, aroma chemicals, essential oils, or FMCG raw materials in trading organizations or similar industries.

Strong operational focus on import logistics, supplier negotiation, and cross-functional coordination across SCM, finance, and QA/QC.

Analytical and process-oriented with ability to optimize procurement costs while ensuring compliance and uninterrupted supply chain flow.
