Set and execute strategy for integrated human and digital workforce within AI-enabled business services, focusing on workforce planning, role redesign, and location strategy primarily targeting India and GCC.

Serve as senior client advisor on GBS/GCC expansion and managed services growth, while building internal capabilities including team leadership, playbooks, and governance for annuity accounts.
Minimum Requirements
13+ years of experience with majority in Transition & Stabilization for GBS/GCC/internal shared services across multi-process or multi-function scopes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related discipline; MBA or Master’s in HR/Organizational Development/Analytics preferred.
Proven familiarity with HRIS, automation/RPA, AI/ML operations, and process intelligence in service delivery context.
Demonstrated experience leading AI/automation programs in managed services/outsourcing with multi-country/global delivery, especially India/GCC markets.
