Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) accounting activities including month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting for assigned entities.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX controls, audit readiness, and support internal and external audits.
Support transition, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts in the Hyderabad Accounting COE, collaborating closely with the Manager RTR.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in a US GAAP environment.
Relevant finance/accounting qualification such as MBA, B.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, M.Com; CA, CPA or CMA is an advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years experience with SAP FI/CO; exposure to SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and BlackLine preferred.
Required to be onsite in Hyderabad office three days a week; work hours primarily 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST Monday to Friday.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in RTR accounting within multinational or matrix organizations, with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables.
Proven capability in supporting finance transformation, process stabilization, and collaborative knowledge sharing without direct people management responsibility.
