Coordinate and implement accounting projects, SOP audits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws related to fraud and collections.
Lead and mentor accounting team to meet financial goals, ensure strong internal controls, and timely delivery of financial reports.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field (4-year degree with no experience OR 2-year degree with 2 years finance/accounting experience).
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years finance and accounting experience if 2-year degree holder; no experience required if 4-year degree holder.
Location: Bengaluru, India (Onsite)

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and related accounting controls in hospitality or F&B contexts.
Proven ability to lead accounting teams, drive project execution and audits, and enforce compliance with laws and internal policies.
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated capability to deliver accurate and timely financial data to stakeholders.
