Own and continuously improve the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for Dell’s enterprise Third-Party Risk Management (Aravo) platform, including intake, analysis, prioritization, approval, design readiness, testing, deployment, and closure.
Lead complex requirements discovery, develop user stories, behavior-driven requirements, and maintain traceability from business need through deployment and stabilization.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and governance forums to manage portfolio status, resolve dependency and prioritization conflicts, and ensure timely delivery of Aravo enhancements and regulatory changes.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, product ownership, or related discipline with ownership of end-to-end requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise applications.
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology, risk management, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong expertise in eliciting, documenting, validating, prioritizing, and governing complex business and functional requirements, including user stories, business rules, BDD scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
Experience managing requirements for enterprise workflow-based applications and supporting Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Skilled at translating strategic, regulatory, operational, and process needs into actionable technical requirements while distinguishing business needs from technical solutions and process/governance gaps.
Demonstrates strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and portfolio management capabilities for balancing competing priorities and driving accountability without direct authority.
