Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Food, or Chemicals required.
3-5 years of experience in production, including previous team leader or skilled operative roles.
Must be computer literate and capable of effective communication and team development.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in production environment as stated in JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in production environments with ability to manage shopfloor operations and deputize for shift managers.
Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and analyzing production and quality data to drive improvements.
