10+ years of IT experience with 5-6 years specifically in data analytics, business analysis, reporting/dashboard development, data governance, regulatory reporting, and process improvement.
Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel (VBA), Microsoft Access, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years IT experience as explicitly mentioned.

Experienced in complex data management for regulatory reporting within financial services or similar regulated environments.
