Develop and implement tactical autonomy software enabling unmanned platforms across air, land, sea, and space for complex mission execution with minimal human supervision.
Architect scalable software subsystems integrating with sensor processing, state estimation, communications, and actuation to support multi-agent coordination and mission behaviors.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams throughout full software lifecycle and serve as a technical subject matter expert engaging stakeholders, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with external teams and end-users.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years in C++ software development focused on software subsystem scheduling, behavior planning, task/resource allocation, motion planning, optimization, or flight controls.
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Aerospace, Electrical, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience with collaborative software development tools (version control, code reviews, issue tracking, release management).
Willingness to travel up to 20% for co-location with end-users or teams.

Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage full project lifecycles from concept through deployment with technical ownership.
Experienced in bridging technology readiness levels from research to operational deployment across diverse mission systems and vehicle classes.
Demonstrated skills in mission system integration, including flight demonstrations, and expertise in advanced autonomy topics such as synchronized teaming, target assignment, and safety monitoring.
