Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in facility management with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of facility management software and technologies.
On-site location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing large-scale facility operations including budgets and vendor contracts in soft services domain.
Demonstrated leadership ability to build, mentor, and lead teams towards achieving service excellence and operational improvements.
Familiarity with health, safety, environmental regulations and sustainability practices in facility management.
