Minimum Requirements
10-12 years of experience in payments domain.
3-5 years managing or heading payments products.
Experience in driving business growth and P&L ownership within payments.
MBA from a Tier 1 college.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end payments products with strategic ownership and business impact.
Proven ability to build merchant partnerships and scale payment volumes.
Comfortable working closely with regulatory bodies and industry consortiums like NPCI.
