Lead design, development, validation, and deployment of advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems.

Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights, optimize business processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Mentor junior data scientists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations by delivering analytical solutions and presentations.

6-10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or related fields with proven enterprise-scale ML model deployment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred but not mandatory).

Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, PySpark, Spark, and experience with ML techniques including supervised & unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, recommendation systems, and time series forecasting.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Experienced in building scalable AI/ML solutions with strong ability to translate complex business challenges into data-driven models and insights.

Ability to operate in a hybrid environment across Mumbai or Bengaluru with a senior individual contributor mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Skilled in model governance, MLOps practices, and mentoring to promote best practices in statistics, machine learning, and coding.
