Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency with OpenText CSUI SDK, WebReports/LiveReports, REST API development, SQL, and Linux environments.

Experience with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), platform security configurations, and application server administration (Apache, Tomcat).

Experienced in end-to-end OpenText Content Server customization and administration, including workflows and UI development.

Skilled in database schema analysis, SQL optimization, and large-scale content/document migration projects.

Comfortable working within production support environments handling critical incidents and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
